The International Network for Health Workforce Education would like to welcome Prof. Thomas Kearns to the Advisory Board. Prof. Kearns is the Executive Director of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland's (Coláiste Ríoga na Máinleá in Éirinn) Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery and also the key contact host of the #INHWEDublin2019 conference taking place at the RCSI next year. Prof. Kearns has recently returned from a secondment as the Interim CEO of the International Council of Nurses in Switzerland and has a number of connections across Europe and further afield. Prof. Kearns is keen to work closely with Eszter on the Working Group on Health Workforce Policy and Research. We look forward to his input which we are sure will be of real value to INHWE!
